Clinexus is a professional digital ecosystem created for education, collaboration, networking, and knowledge exchange within the medical and healthcare community.
Clinexus is strictly:
- a non-clinical, non-patient-facing platform
- an educational and professional discussion environment
The views, opinions, and information shared by users are solely those of the respective users and do not represent the views or endorsements of Clinexus.
All users must:
- engage respectfully, professionally, and ethically
- follow applicable medical ethics and professional standards
- cite credible sources when sharing academic or medical information
- respect confidentiality, diversity, and professional boundaries
- comply with all applicable laws and institutional regulations
Users are responsible for ensuring their participation aligns with professional conduct expected within healthcare communities.
- Sharing patient-identifiable information
- Discussing confidential clinical cases in identifiable form
- Providing patient-specific medical advice or consultations
- False credentials or impersonation
- Misleading claims regarding qualifications or expertise
- Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour
- Defamatory, unlawful, or infringing content
- Promotion of misinformation likely to cause harm
- Unauthorized advertising or commercial spam
- Attempting to bypass moderation systems
- Uploading malicious software or attempting system disruption
- Entering patient-identifiable data into AI tools
- Using AI outputs as professional or clinical advice to patients
- Misrepresenting AI-generated content as verified medical guidance
Users are solely responsible for content they post, upload, or share.
By participating on Clinexus, users acknowledge that:
- Clinexus does not pre-screen all content
- accuracy, completeness, and reliability of user content are not guaranteed
- users bear full responsibility for professional or academic reliance on shared information
Clinexus does not independently verify user credentials unless explicitly stated.
To maintain a safe professional environment, Clinexus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- remove, restrict, edit, archive, or disable access to content
- suspend or terminate accounts
- limit platform functionality
- preserve records for legal or compliance purposes
These actions may occur without prior notice or explanation where deemed necessary.
Violations may result in one or more of the following actions:
- Content removal
- Warning notice
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Restriction of platform privileges
- Notification to relevant institutions or authorities where legally required
Users are encouraged to report violations or unsafe conduct.

- take reasonable action where appropriate
- protect reporting users from retaliation where feasible
Clinexus operates as an intermediary under:
- the Information Technology Act, 2000; and
- the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021
Clinexus shall not be liable for user-generated content where statutory obligations are fulfilled.
Clinexus may cooperate with law enforcement agencies, courts, regulatory bodies, or governmental authorities where required by law or to protect platform integrity, safety, or legal rights.
Users must respect confidentiality of:
- professional discussions
- institutional information
- restricted or private communications
Clinexus may update these Community Guidelines periodically.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised guidelines.
