Refund Policy
Our policy governing refunds, cancellations, and billing adjustments for Clinexus services and subscriptions.
Clinexus provides non-tangible digital services. Refunds are exceptions, not entitlements.
Refunds may be considered solely for:
- Erroneous or duplicate charges
- Proven technical failure preventing access
Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the charge.
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Used subscriptions
- Digital downloads
- Mentorship sessions once scheduled or delivered
- Events after commencement
Users may cancel subscriptions prior to the next renewal date. No prorated refunds apply for the remaining period of an active subscription cycle.
Clinexus retains sole discretion over refund approvals. All decisions are final and binding.
